Collaborate with the restoration team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the restoration or home improvement industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
High school diploma required; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
