AC Lion has been engaged by an early-stage media technology company building a next-generation platform for publishing and media organizations.
With strong early traction, our client is ready to scale commercial growth in a more structured way - and they’re hiring a senior sales leader to help define and drive that expansion.
The Role
This is more than a quota-carrying position. You will:
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy
- Lead the full sales lifecycle (enterprise, consultative sales)
- Build strategic partnerships across media and publishing
- Shape pricing, packaging, and commercial positioning
- Partner directly with founders on long-term growth strategy
You’ll play a central role in designing the sales function as the company scales in the U.S., UK, and beyond.
Ideal Background
- 8+ years B2B sales experience in media, publishing, SaaS, or content tech
- Proven success selling complex solutions to senior decision-makers
- Experience in early-stage or scaling environments preferred
- Strategic, entrepreneurial, and comfortable building from the ground up
