Crew Member Responsibilities
- Provides customers exceptional service that aligns to our Chick-fil-A standards and core values, which are: Stewardship, Urgency, Development, and Respect.
- Demonstrates knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.
- Completes cleaning tasks, to include but not limited, to clean and sanitize equipment and work areas, keep floor areas clean, wash dishes, recycle boxes and dispose of trash as assigned.
- Maintains the highest quality of food and ensure food safety policies are followed according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Completes food preparation duties and ensures that all food items on the menu are prepared and available for service at all times.
- Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing quality food and excellent customer service.
- Possess the drive and enthusiasm to complete guests’ orders in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service.
- Unload shipment of foods and supplies and place in designated areas as assigned
