Overview Chick-fil-A Dedham is looking for a driven and experienced Kitchen Director to join our team. In this critical role, you will lead and manage kitchen operations, mentor staff, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety. The Kitchen Director must possess proven kitchen leadership experience. This position requires open availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure exceptional quality and food safety standards.

Coach, train, and lead team members and team leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Manage inventory, coordinate scheduling, and enforce policies to maintain efficient operations.

Deliver constructive feedback and uphold Chick‑fil‑A’s food safety and operational procedures.

Maintain a fast‑paced environment with high service standards, ensuring timely and accurate food preparation.

Support catering operations and assist the Beyond the Restaurant Director as needed.

Proactively resolve kitchen-related challenges and implement long‑term solutions to critical issues.

Requirements

Proven kitchen leadership experience.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Open availability, including weekends, to meet the demands of the business.

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards.
