State Director New Mexico

Comagine Health is seeking a State Director for New Mexico to lead statewide engagement with government, health care, and community partners while advancing business development and long-term organizational strategy. This senior‑level, part‑time role serves as Comagine Health’s executive presence in New Mexico—providing market intelligence, guiding governance and community board engagement, and building strong partnerships that support growth and impact.

Other Information/Requirements

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) required.
• 10+ years of professional experience in health policy, public health, healthcare, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with state or federal health policy, community engagement, or program implementation.
• 5+ years contributing to business development, including RFPs or grant‑funded work.
• This position is primarily remote and performed in a home‑based setting.
• Applicant must be a resident of New Mexico.

$100K–$130K/year. Compensation listed for this job posting is based on 1.0 Full‑Time Employment. Compensation will be prorated based on .50 FTE status. Full‑benefits are included while Paid Time Off is prorated to match the .50 FTE status.
