Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis efforts for strategic initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify business challenges, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop detailed business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications for system enhancements and process changes.
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations that drive business performance.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to align teams and ensure successful project execution.
- Lead and mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance and best practices for business analysis methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and business process standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
