Senior Business Analyst
to collaborate closely with the
IT team
to support ongoing
development, enhancements, and application support
for key systems, including
Refunds Rewrite ,
Healthcare Rewrite , and
COMPASS . The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with standards.
Responsibilities: Partner with business and IT teams to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications. Support ongoing enhancements, testing, and maintenance activities for existing applications. Coordinate with developers, testers, and end users to ensure smooth implementation of changes. Participate in system testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution. Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, process changes, and application functionality.
