Job Description The Senior IT Business Optimization Analyst will: Oversee the Sourcing and Standard Cost tools, manage Fusion attributes, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for each Fusion release. This role demands expertise in Fusion Sourcing and Costing to document business processes, develop workflows, create training materials, and conduct training sessions for employees and suppliers. You will also measure key performance indicators and lead initiatives for process enhancements. Drive new supply chain IT solutions and improvements while supporting existing systems. You must analyze workflows to identify enhancements, develop implementation strategies, and compile project requirements, including scope, resources, and timelines, ensuring alignment with Oracle's goals. Utilize industry best practices to formulate efficient processes and tools. Communicate and deliver training to the organization and suppliers to ensure understanding and compliance. Manage project plans effectively, coordinating cross-functional teams through meetings to track progress and ensure timely completion of projects within budget. Create, document, and share business practices, tools, and procedures while providing comprehensive training. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and processes, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance efficiencies. Act as a backup for other process owners as needed. Engage with Oracle stakeholders to assess requirements, benefits, and objectives for existing and new solutions, ensuring goals and metrics align with reporting and data-sharing frameworks. Analyze global supply chain business requirements, proposing and collaborating with IT and suppliers to ensure solutions effectively meet business needs and timelines. Develop SQL business reports to support operations, performance metrics, and decision-making processes. Work with stakeholders to ensure all processes and reporting fulfill policy and regulatory requirements. What Are We Looking For? Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a similar field. A highly motivated and innovative self-starter capable of turning complexity into clarity. Proficient in analyzing, simplifying, and presenting data, with skills in developing dashboards. Strong leadership, project management, presentation, and influencing abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong customer service acumen and the ability to multitask. Experience in collaboration, along with the ability to create detailed business requirements and user documentation. Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Agile, Scrum, and/or PMP certifications are advantageous. 8+ years of experience in supply chain IT roles with a proven history of problem-solving and managing projects in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with Oracle's ERP tool suite, particularly in modules related to product development, procurement, and sourcing, along with advanced SQL programming skills. Experience in designing and leading projects that involve cross-group collaboration. A track record of being an enthusiastic and resourceful team player capable of leading and influencing success. Detailed Description and Job Requirements The Senior IT Business Optimization Analyst will develop and maintain the Supply Chain Operations process, infrastructure, reporting, tools, and analysis to support various Supply Chain Operations and Oracle Corporate programs. Initial projects will focus on supporting Oracle ERP sourcing, procurement, product, and supply chain tools. In-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle ERP procurement, product bills of materials, and planning modules. Strong supply chain business acumen coupled with excellent problem-solving skills. Demonstrate examples of business processes and workflows that have been analyzed and re-engineered for efficiency improvements. Ability to document workflows, create clear instructions, and mentor users effectively. Familiarity with industry best practices for sourcing and procurement, including reporting. Work across functions to understand the impact of sourcing and procurement on downstream processes, including manufacturing, planning, cost accounting, global tax considerations, and fulfillment. Proven experience with SQL programming to create reports or analyses from diverse data sources. Diagnose user issues and liaise with tool developers to ensure quick resolution and business continuity. Provide direction and mentorship to other team members. Write business requirements for tool enhancements and new functionalities aimed at improving process efficiency. Take leadership in diagnosing tool failures, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring long-term resolution of issues. The role offers a competitive salary range of $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
