Our agency, The Jones Jr and Mitchell Agency, is in Tupelo, MS and we are looking to expand this year sometime to the Memphis area. We’re looking for driven individuals who want to grow into leadership roles while making a meaningful impact in their community.

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Virtual Sales Representative to join our expanding remote team. This role is ideal for someone who is techsavvy, coachable, and driven to succeed in a performancebased environment. You’ll meet with clients virtually, present insurance solutions, and build longterm relationships — all from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual appointments with clients via Zoom or Phone Call


• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life and supplemental insurance products


• Manage and update client information using CRM platforms


• Build and maintain a personal book of business


• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and policy retention


• Participate in remote training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development

What You Need

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer


• Stable highspeed internet connection


• Basic proficiency with CRM systems


• Ability to use Zoom for virtual meetings


• Strong communication skills and a professional online presence


• Ability to obtain a state life and health insurance license (we provide guidance)
