who is ambitious, coachable, and ready to grow. This role focuses on helping individuals, families, and businesses understand their financial protection needs and choose the right insurance solutions. No prior insurance experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and a clear path for advancement. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate life and supplemental insurance products Build and maintain a personal book of business Follow up with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and policy retention Participate in ongoing training and new metrics Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service Work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
