Join a global medical device organization dedicated to improving the lives of people living with chronic conditions. Their products support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers around the world, and their digital experiences play a critical role in making complex health management feel simpler and more human. This team is seeking an Associate UX Content Strategist who can bring clarity, empathy, and strategic thinking to in-product experiences. This is not marketing content. This is hands-on UX writing for mobile app-based products that real people rely on daily.

What You'll Do
Write clear, engaging UX content for mobile app experiences Develop microcopy for onboarding, workflows, system messages, and instructional guidance Partner closely with UX Design, Product, Research, and Engineering teams Ensure content aligns with voice, tone, literacy standards, and accessibility best practices Contribute to shared UX strategy and roadmap discussions Document content frameworks and rationale behind decisions Participate in peer reviews and elevate overall content quality Collaborate within agile development cycles and meet project deadlines What They're Looking For
1-5 years of UX writing or content strategy experience Experience writing for mobile app-based digital products Strong applied writing skills for a lay-user audience Familiarity with UX frameworks and design principles Working knowledge of Figma, JIRA, or Miro Experience working in cross-functional, agile environments Ability to clearly communicate and defend content decisions Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, UX, or related field Preferred :
Experience in healthcare or medical device environments Familiarity with regulated product development Understanding of content accessibility and literacy best practices
