We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to support a Platform Team focused on architecture, integrations, DevOps, and performance optimization. This role will drive platform stability, technical debt reduction, and enterprise-level governance.
Requirements:
10+ years Salesforce (SFDC) platform experience. Strong Salesforce architecture background. Experience leading Integration & Performance Optimization. Hands-on experience reducing technical debt. Salesforce DevOps experience (Copado + Git). Experience with code quality tools (SonarQube, PMD). Experience with SSO setup (Okta, Duo). Experience with data loads & data management. Core Responsibilities:
Improve system performance and scalability. Drive technical debt remediation initiatives. Own DevOps processes (Copado pipelines, Git workflows). Enforce code quality standards (SonarQube, PMD). Manage backup & restore strategies. Implement logging/monitoring (Splunk). Oversee integrations across enterprise systems. Configure and manage SSO (Okta, Duo). Support data masking and secure data handling. Execute and govern large-scale data loads.
