Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information about products and services to customers Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
