About the Role Manada Technology is looking for an on‑site Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone with a very positive attitude, a strong work ethic, great listening ability, strong communication skills, and diligence in completing tasks. The ideal candidate will maintain exceptional organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for driving customer and client satisfaction. This role requires serving as an escalation point for customers and addressing product and service issues.
Responsibilities
Support Regional Directors in managing escalations and workflows from Manada’s partners and customers.
Act as an escalation point for customers and address product and service issues.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Basic understanding of ordering, scheduling, route management, and dispatch services.
Excellent attendance record.
Strong time‑management skills.
Ability to operate standard office equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers).
Great communication skills: ability to write, speak, listen, and understand spoken and written words to respond promptly to email, voicemail, and system messages and requests.
General knowledge of office management practices and procedures.
