Education & Experience

Preferred: Experience in customer service

Position Overview Responsible for providing outstanding support to clients through phone and email. Tasks include handling inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Address customer inquiries quickly and professionally via phone and email

Accurately handle and process customer orders

Ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied through follow-up communication

Investigate and resolve customer issues as needed

Work with internal teams to handle complex requests

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions

Skills & Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent at customer service and problem-solving

Detail-oriented with multitasking and prioritization skills

Basic proficiency in computer applications and email
