About the Role We are a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking a highly driven

Inside Sales Representative

focused exclusively on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. This is not an account management or closing role. This position is responsible for building new pipeline through strategic outbound outreach, engaging decision-makers, and setting high-quality discovery meetings for our senior sales leadership. If you thrive on activity metrics, structured goals, and the challenge of breaking into new accounts, this role is for you. You will play a critical role in fueling company growth by consistently generating qualified opportunities within our ideal client profile (ICP).

What You’ll Do Outbound Prospecting Execute daily outbound calls to a curated list of target accounts Conduct structured cold outreach via phone Identify and engage decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Operations, IT leadership) Overcome objections and confidently introduce our managed IT services Qualified Discovery Meeting Generation Schedule and confirm discovery meetings with qualified prospects Ensure meetings meet defined qualification standards (right size, decision-maker, real business need) Maintain strong follow-through Opportunity Advancement Work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure high-quality handoffs Assist in moving qualified prospects from discovery to proposal stage Maintain visibility into sourced deals through the sales lifecycle CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM Track call activity, touches, and outcomes Manage task follow-ups and nurture cadence Provide weekly activity and pipeline reports

Success Metrics This role is highly performance-driven and activity-focused. Success will be measured by: Daily outbound call volume Meaningful decision-maker conversations Qualified discovery meetings set and held Opportunities moved to proposal Closed business sourced

What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills 6months–3+ years in inside sales, SDR/ISR, BDR, or outbound prospecting (tech/MSP experience preferred but not required) Strong cold-calling confidence and phone presence Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining high daily activity Organized, disciplined, and process-driven Experience using CRM systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Traits That Thrive Here Competitive and goal-oriented Resilient under pressure Highly coachable Self-motivated with strong internal drive Energized by metrics and measurable performance Comfortable working in a structured outbound cadence environment

What This Role Is Not Not a closing role Not an account management position Not inbound lead processing This is a pure outbound pipeline-building role designed for someone who wants to master prospecting, build sales fundamentals, and create measurable impact on company growth.

Compensation: Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 OTE. *Base + Commissions
