Customer Service Representative Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:15am to 05:15pm) Job Duties: Provide in-person customer support, including selling and redeeming tickets, answering questions, and explaining game rules and processes. Handle phone inquiries, provide winning numbers, explain games, and transfer calls Process cash transactions, balance daily receipts, and issue claim checks. Perform data entry and prepare written correspondence. Operate computers, ticket terminals, calculators, and other office equipment. Other duties as assigned. Customer Service Representative Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma/GED Required: Drivers License/Clean Driving Record Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. Prior experience handling cash transactions is required. Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
