Customer Service Representative Details: Contract to Hire position $ 22.00 / annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Compliant with various computer programs / systems: Oracle, EDI, Excel, Outlook, Order Loader e.g. More4Apps, etc. Order entry: Process all the customer's POs - standard, promotional, direct ship, International, and/or EDI/More4Apps Orders. Send Customer sales order acknowledgement. Customer Support: Open order and/or back-order reports, maintain customers account information, maintain department logs and perform weekly/monthly cross checks. Customer Service Representative Qualifications: High School Diploma Automotive Aftermarket Experience Oracle Must be able to operate a personal computer, telephone, printer, and other office equipment. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where constructive criticism is encouraged. Must be able to work on multiple assignments at once, and complete assignments within deadline and prioritize accordingly. Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
