Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or call center environments. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for email correspondence and phone interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for managing records and preparing reports. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Capability to assist with order placement, shipment tracking, and returns.
