We are seeking a proactive leader who can drive improvement, implement strategies, and lead by example. The ideal candidate will: Lead and manage agency operations, including conducting reviews, resolving conflicts, hiring, and training staff Manage agency software systems, with proficiency in Epic and the ability to coordinate training and accountability Assist with marketing initiatives Possess a BA degree, a 2-20 license, or equivalent Have at least 10 years of experience on the agency side and 5 years in a leadership role Collaborate closely with producers and insurance company representatives Act as a key advisor to the ownership group in policy development and implementation This position is primarily in-office, with flexibility for remote work as needed.
