547 High Avenue Oshkosh, WI 54901 . The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions, baking cookies, handling cash, and maintaining a clean bakery environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Promptly greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure
Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream
Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
Ambitious nature
Great communication and organizational skills
Must be 18 years or older to be employed
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally eligible to work in the United States
