We are currently looking for the right Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team! Pay range: $10.00 to $14.00 per hour. We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $4.16 per hour on top of your hourly rate. Perks and Benefits

We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. A Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions. The associates will work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations) and more. The position offers hourly pay plus commission based on productivity; actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience. Responsibilities

Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and provide appropriate financial solutions. Performs non-management open/close procedures. Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays. Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements. Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements. Answers incoming calls per company standards. Effectively communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers. Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools. Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience. Successfully completes the assigned training. Other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, etc.). Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified. Employees may assist customers outside the building or retrieve products from exterior storage areas. Minimum Age: 18 years old. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently. Cash handling experience is preferred. Should be able to work in multiple locations as needed. Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays. Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and office machines. The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary to FirstCash. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2-8% commission, based on the gross profit of their personal performance.
