Entry‑Level Recruiter Responsibilities
Build relationships with candidates across multiple industries
Conduct interviews to assess skills, interests, and career goals
Partner with internal sales team to provide outstanding client service and fill roles quickly and effectively
Learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placementLeverage social media, job boards, and networking events to attract top talent
Provide an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way
Entry‑Level Recruiter Requirements
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Competitive spirit with a drive to win and exceed goals
Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn from industry leaders
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy team environment
Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary is $60K and OTE is $80–110K.
