Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
Maintain and grow existing client relationships
Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with recruiters and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (staffing or recruiting industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
CRM experience preferred
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Education: High school diploma or GED (required)
