Corvus Coffee Roasters is hiring a Field Partner Relations Representative to join our Sales and Training team. This is an entry-level, field-based role designed for someone excited to grow into a long-term career in specialty coffee sales, education, and partner development.
This position is ideal for someone who loves coffee, enjoys being on the road, and wants hands‑on experience building relationships with cafes while learning the foundations of wholesale sales and training.
About the Role The Field Partner Relations Representative is Corvus’s frontline presence with wholesale partners and Corvus cafes. A primary responsibility of this role is completing scheduled coffee deliveries across a set route, while also supporting partners through relationship‑building, brew support, and basic coffee education.
This role sits on the sales and training pathway at Corvus. You will gain exposure to wholesale sales development, partner onboarding, brew training, and account support, with clear opportunities to grow into more advanced sales or education roles over time.
Key Responsibilities Deliveries and Field Support (Primary Responsibility)
Safely operate a Corvus delivery van on a regular route serving wholesale partners and Corvus cafes
Complete timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining a clean and organized vehicle
Be comfortable driving full days, including in winter weather conditions
Communicate weekly logistics updates and ensure partners submit orders on time
Report vehicle maintenance needs as they arise
Partner Relationships and Brew Support
Build friendly, professional relationships with baristas, managers, and cafe owners
Serve as a consistent, approachable point of contact for partners
Taste espresso and brewed coffee as needed and assist with basic dialing‑in or recipe adjustments
Provide quick, practical coffee education and support during visits
Flag account concerns, opportunities, or feedback to the Coffee Development team
Sales Development (Entry‑Level Support)
Assist with identifying and researching potential wholesale partners
Support lead generation through footwork, mapping tools, and online research
Help prepare outreach lists and coordinate samples or tastings
Maintain accurate CRM notes and weekly reporting
This role does not close deals or set pricing, but supports the sales pipeline and learns the process hands‑on
Production Support (As Needed)
Support roasting and fulfillment operations during peak periods
Assist with bagging, packaging, labeling, shipping, and general production tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Passion for specialty coffee and eagerness to learn brew theory and sales fundamentals
Comfortable working independently and spending full days on the road
Personable, reliable, and service‑oriented
Strong communication and follow‑through
Comfortable driving a delivery van in winter weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Physical & Schedule Requirements
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Willingness to start early on delivery days
Flexible schedule including occasional evenings or events
Combination of driving, standing, walking, and light admin work
Compensation & Benefits
$22+/hour, commensurate with experience
