ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 2011 after working as a mortgage banker, bringing a strong background in financial guidance and relationship-building into agency ownership. I attended the University of Hawaii, played college baseball, and today I’m married with five children. Faith, family, and finances are core values in both my life and the way our agency operates. Outside the office, I enjoy martial arts and staying active. Our team includes seven members who work closely together and genuinely enjoy the environment we’ve built. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Robert Shimabuku - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
