What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communications via phone, chat, and email

Accurately document customer interactions and manage cases from initiation to resolution

Research customer requests to deliver timely and effective solutions

Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while assisting customers

Ensure adherence to the call center’s operational schedule and time-sensitive queues

What is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of three years of customer service experience in roles such as call center, retail, or hospitality

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in navigating computers and the internet

Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in the automotive industry or familiarity with automotive products
