What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of three years of customer service experience in relevant fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a call center environment or similar customer-facing role
Familiarity with automotive industry terminology (not required but beneficial)
