Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communications via phone, chat, and email

Utilize computer skills to research customer requests and accurately document interactions

Manage assigned cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction

Deliver timely and effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of three years of customer service experience in roles with direct customer interaction

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in navigating computers and the web

Typing skills with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in call center environments, retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles

Familiarity with automotive products or services is a plus
