Accurately record details of customer interactions and manage assigned cases from start to finish
Research and assist customers effectively until case resolution

Navigate computer systems to support customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, restaurant, or similar environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to navigate a computer and the web effectively
Must be available to work shifts within the call center's operational hours (Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proven ability to work reliably within a schedule, especially in time-sensitive environments
Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute
