Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:

• Issue parts and accessories promptly to technicians from the service parts counter
• Handle incoming phone calls efficiently
• Sell to customers at Retail Parts Counter - good customer service skills required
• Sell parts to meet monthly forecasts
• Research to find the best prices for parts
• Provide delivery service of orders using parts truck
• Display seasonal parts and accessories
• Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
• Look up and specify correct parts using Electronic Parts Catalog

Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person:

• Auto parts experience is required
• Prompt and dependable work attendance
• Friendly and good customer service skills
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
