Grizzly Land Services is currently seeking experienced Texas HBP Title Landmen for various title projects throughout South Texas.
This independent contractor role will be fully remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct Title Research to Establish Property Ownership
Prepare Runsheets for Title Opinions
Complete Mineral & Leasehold Ownership Reports
Daily Progress Reporting
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of experience with South Texas HBP Title
Ability to interpret complex legal documents to obtain and understand legal property descriptions
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to Travel to County Courthouses
Must be current AAPL Member in Good Standing
