Job Posting: Finishing Associate
The Finishing Associate helps with finishing and mail processing equipment for the company's in-house print shop, including setting up and monitoring equipment, as well as quality checking the finished products. This role is responsible for high-quality, on-time work with accurate piece counts for fulfillment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and motivated to complete tasks efficiently in a high-volume fulfillment environment. This position is onsite at our Richardson, TX location. Key Responsibilities: Complete non-automated work such as hand inserting and metering mail. Set up and operate finishing and mail processing equipment. Read and interpret job tickets to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced, and the materials needed. Prepare mail for delivery to post office and/or third-party delivery services with correct labels and packaging. Complete jobs in priority order while ensuring adherence to turnaround times, deadlines, and service levels. Continually monitor quality and equipment to ensure proper operation. Follow quality control standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. Provide a high-level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with vendors and team members.
