Ocean Import Specialist Responsible for processing shipments, data entry, routing, tracking/tracing, and all related activities for assigned base of accounts. The individual will have contact with clients, carriers, and potential clients daily, responds to emails, booking shipments, tracking & tracking, etc. They will be primarily involved with Ocean Imports. He/she must be proactive in providing quality client service and can handle pressure and responsibility in a fast-paced environment, in a timely and effective manner. The successful candidate must have good client service skill and handle dual task. Being proactive in providing quality client service is a must.
