Job Description:
Lead the transformation of an internal portal by optimizing workflows into a scalable system using HubSpot. Responsibilities include auditing existing systems, conducting stakeholder interviews, mapping workflows, and identifying system gaps. The role involves architecting scalable systems, developing custom objects and automations, and integrating third-party tools. You'll also create centralized tracking systems and document processes to ensure team adoption.
Requirements: 5 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Operations, or Systems Architecture Advanced HubSpot expertise in custom objects, automation, and reporting Experience in building and scaling operational systems Integration implementation experience with HubSpot and third-party tools Strong business process analysis and workflow design skills Nice to Have's:
