Job Description: The Operations & Systems Architect will lead the rebuild and optimization of an internal portal, transforming disorganized workflows into a scalable, structured operational system within HubSpot.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Audit existing portal and workflows
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements
Map campaign lifecycle and creator management workflows
Identify operational inefficiencies and system gaps
Architect and build scalable systems within HubSpot
Develop custom objects, workflows, automations, and reporting
Implement integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools
Create centralized tracking for creators, campaigns, and account ownership
Document processes and ensure team adoption
Provide system stabilization and handoff documentation
Requirements: Must-Haves: 5 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Operations, or Systems Architecture
Advanced HubSpot expertise (custom objects, automation, reporting, workflows)
Experience building and scaling operational systems
Integration implementation experience (HubSpot third-party tools)
Strong business process analysis and workflow design skills
Ability to translate ambiguous processes into structured systems
Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience building internal portals or agency-style campaign systems Experience integrating HubSpot with finance tools Experience supporting creator or influencer programs Background in fast-paced marketing environments CRM/data hygiene and database structuring expertise Experience managing end-to-end campaign lifecycle workflows
