Benefits & Compensation:
$90,000 - $110,000 annual salary, with planned cyclical salary increases
fully remote (Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm) with select days shifted to 12:00 to 8:00 (A handful per year)
401(k) matching up to 3 %
Dental insurance or commensurate contribution
Health insurance or commensurate contribution
15 PTO days per year, plus all federal holidays
10 paid sick days per year
Eligibility for a year-end bonus
Description: The Senior Digital Strategist will manage and execute digital fundraising programs for multiple True Blue Digital clients and build systems to improve the services to True Blue Digital clients. This is a senior role with a focus on growth and being able to see things from a big-picture perspective. The role requires institutional knowledge of the Democratic fundraising environment, managing relationships with clients, supporting junior level staff, implementing company-wide procedures and practices, detailed tracking of performance, and strong digital fundraising skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage junior level staff, be responsible for digital fundraising for several clients, assist in SMS fundraising, and support True Blue Digital’s growth. This person will be persistent in their goal of improving the fundraising for all clients at True Blue Digital, and have an ability to build systems that allow for growth for clients and True Blue Digital as a company.
Duties and responsibilities: Core Responsibilities
Manage digital production on email sends for multiple clients
Improve grow month-over-month fundraising for clients
Communicate with clients, partners, and junior staff
Implement systems and organizational structures
Operate professionally and with a data-driven approach
Manage list acquisition
Oversee core fundraising channels; email, SMS, and ads
Ideal Additional Responsibilities
Manage junior level staff
Directly manage ads programs
Directly manage SMS programs
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3+ years of digital and campaign experience
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Client facing experience
Business development experience
Demonstrated ability to segment lists and make data-driven decisions
Demonstrated focus on improving fundraising
