Benefits & Compensation

$70,000 - 90,000 annual salary, with planned cyclical salary increases

fully remote (Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm) with select days shifted to 12:00 to 8:00 (A handful per year)

401(k) matching up to 3 %

15 PTO days per year, plus all federal holidays

Description The Digital Strategist will manage and execute digital production, digital fundraising, and CRM execution for multiple True Blue Digital clients. The role combines general knowledge of Democratic campaigns, CRM management, list segmentation, communication with clients, quality control, and digital fundraising.

The ideal candidate is both technical and client-facing. The right candidate will be able to handle a workload managing fundraising for multiples campaigns, candidates, and organizations while communicating flawlessly to clients, colleagues, and managers. This person will be dedicated to continually improving the client programs, supporting True Blue Digital, have excellent quality control, and use data to make smart decisions for their client workload.

Duties and responsibilities Core Responsibilities

Manage digital production on email sends for multiple clients

List maintenance and segmentation

Email production and deployment

Detailed reporting and tracking of fundraising metrics

Dedication to grow month-over-month fundraising for clients

Strong communication with clients and managers

Ideal Additional Responsibilities

Run digital ads for clients

Manage SMS sends for clients

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1-3 years of experience as a digital strategist, preferably in Democratic politics

Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRMs

Demonstrated ability to segment lists and make data-driven decisions

Demonstrated focus on results
