Perform Duct Air Leakage Testing (DALT) per SMACNA HVAC Air Duct Leakage Test Manual to validate duct integrity.
Measure and document pressures, temperatures, humidity, velocities, fan/pump performance, and differential readings across systems.
Controls Integration
Conduct functional performance testing of the DDC system by commanding control points (setpoints, valve positions, fan speeds) and verifying the sequence of operations and physical response.
Coordinate findings and adjustments with the DDC specialist to ensure stable control and design compliance.
Reporting & Handover
Prepare and submit the final, comprehensive NEBB‑certified TAB report, documenting procedures, initial conditions, adjustments made, and final performance data.
