About Us Unframe is an AI first startup building enterprise grade products used by real customers. We move fast, build real things, and care deeply about the people we bring in. We are growing our global go to market organization and are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us find, attract, and onboard top GTM and sales talent across North America.

What You’ll Do

Own end to end recruiting for sales and go to market roles across North America

Proactively source and engage high quality candidates in a hands on sourcing role

Lead initial screenings and manage the full interview process in close partnership with hiring managers

Ensure a thoughtful, human, and efficient candidate experience from first touch to onboarding

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Coordinate across global time zones with candidates and internal stakeholders

Operate with a high level of ownership and help shape how we hire GTM talent as we scale in North America

What We’re Looking For

At least 4 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM and sales roles in a startup environment

Proven hands on sourcing experience and comfort working proactively rather than reactively

Experience recruiting in fast paced, growing startups

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across different time zones

Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms

High ownership, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, results driven mindset
