Job Summary The Benefits Specialist is responsible for contributing to and supporting both Regional and Global Aesthetic employees. In this role you will provide support to our employees through a Total Wellness program; think innovative, progressive and all encompassing. If you are an expert and enjoy rolling up your sleeves in the benefits space and can support key strategy projects and collaborate with others, then this role is for you.
Responsibilities Major Duties Description
Vendor management
Audits and processes benefit vendor invoices;
Manages and directs all benefit-related contracts and agreements through e-Contracts system
Manages benefits email inbox
Respond to employee inquiries within 72 hours
Ensure all employee questions/issues are resolved appropriately
Escalate employee questions/issues as needed to Benefits Manager
Administer several benefit programs
Manages and tracks employee fitness membership program & wellness resource program (Personify)
Manages and tracks education reimbursement benefit program
Total Wellness Newsletter
Manages Engage channel;
Produces and distributes weekly employee facing e-newsletter;
Sources relevant, timely, and interesting health and wellness content for weekly employee facing e-newsletter;
Employee-Facing communications
Creates and distributes employee-facing communications in adherence to corporate and regional style guides;
Tailor communications for different audiences (field and office-based employees, manufacturing plant employees, etc)
Program and project support
Supports benefits team with launching new programs and events;
Supports Benefits and HR with special projects as needed
Committee meeting support
Schedules Benefit and 401k Committee meetings as needed
Reporting support
Compiles censuses and employee
