About the role RADICL is hiring a Director of Finance to own and operate the company’s entire financial execution engine. This will be RADICL’s only dedicated finance and accounting leader, responsible for accuracy, automation, and scalability across our current systems and workflows.

As a RADICL Director of Finance What You’ll Own Core Accounting & Financial Operations
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close end to end
Produce accurate, GAAP compliant financial statements
Maintain books, reconciliations, accruals, AP/AR, payroll and accounting, and cash controls
Build and document scalable close processes and internal controls
Ensure financial data is accurate, defensible, and trusted by leadership, banks, and investors
Own the full quote‑to‑cash lifecycle, including contracts, billing, invoicing, renewals, and collections
Accurately track subscription revenue across multi‑year agreements, ramps, renewals, expansions, and changes
Own contract setup, billing schedules, and revenue timing to ensure predictability and confidence in reported results
Own sales commission calculations, reporting, and accruals, ensuring alignment with commission plans, booked revenue, and billing data
Own financial reporting required by banks, lenders, and investors
Produce clear, timely financial packages supporting covenants, compliance, and ongoing stakeholder trust
Maintain clean financial documentation and processes in preparation for future diligence or audits, without over‑engineering prematurely
Maintain and evolve core SaaS operating metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, expansion, burn, runway)
Track budget vs actuals and cash flow
Own forecasts, KPI reporting, and board‑level financial materials
Provide leadership with clear, actionable financial insight to support execution and decision‑making
Systems, Automation & Scale
Own and continuously improve RADICL’s financial systems, workflows, and data integrity
Increase automation and reliability across accounting, billing, and reporting within our current environment
Strengthen CRM, billing, and financial data workflows as the business scales
Lay the foundation for future finance team expansion and audit readiness when required

This role is the sole financial operator at RADICL
No CFO and no fractional CFO oversight
Your skillset/experience should include
5+ years of finance and accounting experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fast‑growth environments
Direct, hands‑on experience owning accounting, billing, and revenue operations
Strong understanding of SaaS subscription businesses and how contracts, billing, and revenue timing interact
Experience supporting bank, lender, or investor financial reporting
Comfortable building structure, processes, and controls from scratch without large, mature systems
Clear communicator who partners effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and leadership
Thrives in environments where priorities evolve and ownership matters

Have not worked in a SaaS or recurring‑revenue business
Prefer narrow, accounting roles
Want mature systems, large teams, or a highly specialized scope
