We are a growing team looking for a

motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant

to help support our in-person marketing campaigns and customer engagement efforts. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in

You’ll work directly with a well-established client and play a key role in ensuring successful event execution and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

No prior experience is required—we provide full training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day execution of live events, campaigns, and promotions

Serve as a communication bridge between clients and customers to ensure a smooth customer journey

Help meet fundraising, promotional, and brand awareness goals

Attend team meetings and hands-on training sessions to stay aligned with campaign goals and company updates

Identify and share ideas to improve customer engagement and event outcomes

Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and effective solutions

Collect and report customer feedback and campaign performance metrics

Provide regular updates to the Managing Director and campaign leadership

Continue building communication, organization, and customer service skills

Qualifications

Genuine interest in marketing, events, customer service, or sales

No previous experience required—comprehensive training is provided

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments
