What the job looks like
Ensuring effective and efficient Quality Operations in compliance with legal requirements, standard operating procedures and evolving global regulatory expectations.
Optimizing the global Quality Management System to deliver fit for purpose processes across the entire product lifecycle.
Driving cross functional improvement projects to ensure supply and deliver Quality Excellence.
Leading and developing the team by empowering the people, training, coaching and applying principles of high performance.
Developing and delivering programs to strengthen and evolve the Quality Culture at Grünenthal.
What you'll bring to the table
University degree in natural sciences
Experience leading global teams
Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems in the Pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of applicable global regulations and guidelines.
Experience in successfully realizing process improvements and driving Quality Excellence in cross-functional teams
Business-fluent English skills, German and Spanish skills helpful
Strategic and analytical thinking as well as excellent stakeholder management & networking skills
