Insight Global is looking for an Escrow Assistant for a leading title company to support their San Diego office. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Open new escrow orders and manage files through the entire transaction lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards Review and scrub title commitments to identify and track outstanding requirements, working closely with clients and internal partners to clear title and resolve issues Communicate regularly with clients, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and internal teams to provide updates and ensure all documents and funds are received for closing Coordinate with the assigned Escrow Officer to prepare settlement statements, collect and disburse funds, and ensure timely and accurate closings Handle incoming deposits, approve outgoing wires and checks, and maintain accurate escrow accounting records Prepare final closing packages, ensure all post-closing documentation is completed, and manage file retention per company policy Maintain proactive task management and follow-up to ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently met Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture focused on client satisfaction and transaction accuracy MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required Requires 0 – 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Escrow Assistant or Processor Strong understanding of escrow processes, title requirements, and real estate transaction documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related title/escrow software systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; proactive in follow-up and task completion Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
