Position Summary: The successful Seadog Ticket Booth Agent will warmly greet guests, distribute boarding passes, answer questions, diligently collect payment and vouchers, and make reservations while maintaining an upbeat attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities
Promote maximum revenue attainment by performing transactions with efficiency
Ensure accuracy in transactions while monitoring product capacities
Ensure that every guest is greeted warmly when approaching the ticket booth
Answer questions regarding product, price, duration etc. with expertise and patience
Prepared to work during submitted availability and schedule time
Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards
Attend applicable meetings and training sessions as designated or necessary
Additional job duties assigned
Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalency preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Minimum of one (1) year guest services experience preferred
Cash handling experience a plus
Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Listen effectively, assesses the situation, determines relevant issues, & suggest sol
Must be energetic and upbeat
Must be self-motivated
