
Responsibilities
Own the channel/division commercial strategy aligned to company and category growth objectives. Lead customer and channel planning, including Joint Business Planning, growth plans, innovation planning, and annual activation strategies. Translate brand, category, and portfolio strategies into channel-specific commercial plans. Identify growth opportunities using customer, shopper, and market insights. Partner with Sales and Category to shape assortment, pricing, promotion, and activation strategies for the channel. Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and in-year forecast processes for the channel. Own monthly and quarterly performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. Track and manage volume, revenue, and trade investment performance vs plan. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree 8+ years in Trade Marketing, Sales Strategy, Category, Commercial Planning, or related roles Experience owning customer or channel plans and trade budgets Strong commercial and financial acumen Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders Experience leading teams or major workstreams preferred Benefits
