We are looking for a full‑time Latin America Area Sales Manager as soon as possible. RMG Americas is a leading provider of innovative measurement and control solutions for the natural gas industry. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a trusted partner in the oil and gas sector. We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in the natural gas measurement market.

Position Summary Latin America Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the Central and South American markets, including Mexico, with a focus on natural gas measurement and analysis. This role requires a strong technical background, preferably with ultrasonic flow meters and gas analysis equipment, to effectively address client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities within the natural gas sector, specifically targeting flow measurement and analysis equipment

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Provide technical expertise and support to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of applications and products

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our solutions

Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met and to develop customized solutions

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote RMG and network with potential clients

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the natural gas industry, with a focus on gas field equipment

Strong technical background

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Desirable Qualifications

Preferably 10+ years experience in the natural gas industry

Specific knowledge of gas ultrasonic meters and/or gas analysis equipment

Spanish language proficiency
