Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Total Rewards Manager The Total Rewards Manager supports MSK by shaping benefits strategy and driving benefits engagement across the organization. The position combines data‑driven reporting, strategic partnership with people leaders, and impactful training to enhance benefit program utilization and ensure employees and managers are supported through complex leave of absence and benefits needs.

Role Overview

Monitor and report on benefit program performance, trends, and utilization.

Provide strategic recommendations to shape benefits strategy, optimize absence management and drive benefits engagement.

Identify patterns in absence data across MSK and provide insights to shape absence strategy.

Serve as a key partner to people leaders, advising on absence policies, providing insight into trends in absence data, ensuring benefit programs meet the diverse needs of the organization.

Collect and synthesize leader feedback to improve leave of absence and benefit program design and overall experience.

Conduct market research and benchmarking on absence and benefits programs.

Deliver training sessions, webinars, and guidance to people leaders on benefit programs, with an initial focus on absence management.

Collaborate with HR Communications to shape engagement strategies for benefits.

Key Qualifications

Experience in absence management, benefits administration, or related HR specialty.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce and program data.

Familiarity with state and federal leave regulations and compliance requirements.

Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and advise on people‑related trends.

Experience developing and delivering training or informational sessions.

Ability to conduct benchmarking and market research to inform program strategy.

Additional Information

Schedule: Hybrid, Wednesdays on site with additional flexibility as needed.

Location: 633 Third Avenue, New York, NY.

Reporting to: Senior Director, Benefits.

Benefits

Pay Range : $111,600.00 - $178,600.00.

FSLA Status : Exempt.
