We are looking for an elite, commission-driven sales professional--who will hold the prestigious client-facing title of

Art Director --to confidently guide our clients through a deeply emotional and significant purchasing experience.

The Role This is a structured, performance-driven sales role operating within a luxury creative environment. You will serve as the trusted guide and closer during the client's final and most important step: the artwork reveal. You are selling a luxury, high-ticket emotional product to warm, inbound clients.

What You'll Actually Do:

Lead Remote Sales Presentations:

Conduct multiple high-end portrait reveal sessions per week via Zoom, managing the room and controlling the pace of the sale.

Consultative Selling:

Guide families in selecting and customizing fine art pieces for their homes, seamlessly blending design recommendations with strategic upselling.

Overcome Objections & Close:

Provide calm authority and emotional intelligence in critical decision-making moments. You will help clients move from hesitation to confident commitment without relying on sleazy pressure tactics.

Protect the Standard & Drive Revenue:

Safeguard the luxury client experience while simultaneously maximizing average order value (AOV) and driving studio revenue.

Own Your Sales Metrics:

Maintain rigorous performance standards, conversion rates, structured follow-up, and accurate pipeline reporting.

Who You Are

A Proven Closer:

You have a verifiable track record in consultative, high-ticket, or luxury sales (B2C preferred). You know how to ask for the sale.

Financially Fluent:

You are entirely comfortable discussing and securing significant, high-dollar investments ($5k-$20k+).

Resilient & Poised:

You do not crumble when a client hesitates or raises a pricing objection. You understand the psychology of commitment and can handle objections with grace, empathy, and absolute confidence.

Client-Obsessed:

You care deeply about providing a flawless, high-end experience, ensuring clients feel valued while you guide them to the right investment.

Hungry & Driven:

You thrive on performance metrics, love accountability, and are highly motivated by aggressive commission structures.

Location:

100% Remote

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday with flexible schedule

Status:

1099 Independent Contractor.

Compensation

Earnings:

Performance-based commission with aggressive bonus opportunities. There is exceptionally high earning potential for consistent top-performing closers.

Onboarding:

Paid training provided to ensure you master our specific sales process, psychology, and luxury standards.

Specific compensation details, commission tiers, and average earnings will be shared during the interview process.
